Therapy Mode gives you a calm, private space to turn toward those signals with curiosity instead of away from them. BAM tracks your live biometrics across Apple Watch and HealthKit and reflects them back as a gentle color, so what your body is carrying becomes something you can actually see and stay with. This is a somatic-awareness practice for self-reflection — not licensed clinical care, and not a replacement for working with a qualified professional.

How a session holds you
TrackBAM reads your heart rate, heart-rate variability and breath in real time from Apple Watch and iPhone through HealthKit — the felt sense, made visible.
EvaluateYour signals are placed on the four-state color scale, naming your level of activation in the moment without judgment or interpretation.
Adaptive deliveryThe space responds to where you are — softening the prompt, slowing the pacing, inviting you to stay with a sensation or gently come back toward baseline.

A shared language for what you feel
One protected color scale runs through every BAM session. In Therapy Mode it becomes a tender mirror: green when you are settled and resourced, yellow as feeling begins to stir, orange when activation asks for care, and red as a signal to pause, ground, and reach for support. The scale describes your state in the moment — it never diagnoses, and it is not a measure of clinical risk.
