Step 1 · Track

Continuous physiological tracking

BAM streams biometrics from your Apple Watch — heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, skin temperature delta — into a live snapshot updated several times per second.

When your Watch is not actively streaming, BAM falls back to Apple HealthKit so the awareness loop never breaks.

Step 2 · Evaluate · Patented

The patented status indicator

This is the heart of the patent. Your physiological state is evaluated against personalized baselines and mapped to a status indicator — universally understood, individually calibrated.

The colors are not generic. They are computed per metric using z-scores against YOUR baseline, plus absolute thresholds where physiology demands them (SpO₂ below 92% becomes red regardless of personal history).

Step 3 · Train

An AI companion that adapts

The companion reads your status and responds within your chosen mode. Pace, technique, and tone all shift in response to where your body actually is — not where a generic curve says it should be.

Three modes are designed for the three intentions people bring to physiological awareness:

  • Wellness — relaxation and return to homeostasis
  • Therapy — somatic awareness, mind-body coupling
  • Performance — athletic and focus optimization

Step 4 · Personalize

Your breath, your signature.

A 45-second guided calibration teaches BAM your unique breathing dB range, duration, and spectral fingerprint. Three inhales. Three exhales. One quiet baseline.

After that, the lung wireframe pulses at YOUR pace. The AI ignores voice or ambient noise as breath. Your nervous system is the data — not a generic curve.
